a. At NO9TO5 we want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with an item for any reason, we offer you the option of returning the item subject to the conditions below.

b. Items must be in unworn condition and include all original packaging, tags and accessories.
c. Please include the original purchase receipt or a copy with your return to ensure smooth processing.
d. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our conditions.
3. Return procedure:
a. To initiate a return, please send an email to Info@no9to5.de and include your order number and reason for the return.
b. We will email you further return and refund instructions.
c. You bear the costs for the return.
4. Refund:
a. After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will issue a refund.
b. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used when placing the order, unless otherwise agreed.
